John passed away peacefully at home on Monday May 8, 2017 at the young age of 59. John is survived by his son Daniel (Amber) and grandchildren Madison and Haiden. John will also be missed by his cousins, and his co-workers at Port Taxi. John was a true blue Toronto Maple Leafs Collector, and a computer whiz junkie. If you needed a computer part, you can bet John had twenty or more of the same thing. John was a very talented and beautiful singer. He was also well known in the hockey world, playing for several years for Club Frontenac and Niagara Knights. John was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Margaret. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to attend at DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Tuesday May 16, 2017 from 12 p.m. until 2pm. A celebration of John’s life will follow in the Davidson Chapel at 2 p.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery. If so desired, in memory of John, donations may be made to Port Colborne Feline Initiative or Port Cares.
