He was always a pleasure to play for or to play against.on any given day. He was a well respected man that will truly be missed by all that knew him..
Jim was a great friend to all that knew him. He especially was enjoyed by his many friends that traveled and golfed with him in Santee South Carolina. He will be really missed on our 2018 trip in March. Jim was always there with a joke and was so much involved in all activities. This a great loss to His Wife family and friends. We all will miss Jim.

To Penny and dear Family
I am heartbroken that this has happened to you and your family. I first met Jim while working in Courts Admin. quite some time ago. Jim was so well respected, not only by his colleagues but by his many, many friends. He was always such a gentleman, always having time for a little chat and perhaps a joke or two. I know he gave so much of his time and effort to PCCClub. Jim will be missed by so many people. We have lost one of the good ones for sure. Penny, please call me if I can do anything for you or if you just need to chat.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Penny and the family. Jim was a great guy. Always a gentleman. As a person and a police officer he was rock-solid. Besides work, I knew Jim from the golf course and from hockey. I think I still have the bruise I got when I made the mistake of blocking a shot from Jim in an NRP Ball Hockey Tournament. He was a competitor. Condolences to his family and friends.
